Account and Registration Obligations

“Your Information” is defined as any information you provide to us in the registration, buying or listing process, in the feedback area or through any e-mail feature. We will protect Your Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and Password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or Password. shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting us immediately through the address provided below. If Tech Maruthi has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Tech Maruthi Site, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account without any liability to Maruthi Computer Mart.

 

Policies

 Sales

The item is tested for physical damage at the point of sale and the company is not liable for the physical damage of item any more. It is also the duty of the buyer to immediately check at the counter physical condition of the purchased goods. All goods are consigned at buyer’s risk and the company is not responsible for any loss, damage or pilferage in transit.

 Delivery

We do our best to deliver the product within 2hours within Bengaluru. If the order is delivered at the wrong address due to wrong information provided by the customer then redelivery charges are levied upon the customer at the point of delivery, we require access to the customer’s location for easy and smooth delivery process

 Return 'Product once sold and delivered cannot be returned, its customer’s sole responsibility to check the product for any damages at the point of delivery.For any functionality related issues please refer the service policy

 Refund 

Once invoice is generated and product is delivered the amount paid by the customer cannot be refunded, in case of no delivery after 7 days of placing the order, complete amount paid by customer will be refunded . Complete refund is also done in case of product being out of stock

 Warranty

We provide a standard 6 months warranty for all our refurbished products, extension of warranty can be chosen as per the availability during the purchase of Product.

Third party warranty will be provided on purchase of new products and assembled PCs.

 Exchange

Exchange of products cannot be done once sold .
